Free and Reduced-Price Food Services Eligibility

When the parents/guardians of students are unable to pay for their child(ren)’s meal services, meal charges will apply per a student’s eligibility category and will be processed by the District accordingly.

 A student’s eligibility for free and reduced-price food services shall be determined by the income eligibility guidelines, family-size income standards, set annually by the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture, and distributed by the Illinois State Board of Education.

For more information or to complete a free/reduced application, please visit TeacherEase (from a computer, not the app) and go to “Miscellaneous”.  Click on “Free-Reduced Lunch Application” or contact the elementary office at (309)365-2741.

In order to comply with Illinois Public Act 101-515, Lexington Community School District #7 will now make the following related service logs available upon request: speech services, occupational therapy, physical therapy, or counseling.

Students with disabilities who do not qualify for an individualized education program as required by the Disabilities Education Act may qualify for services under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 if the child (i) has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities, (ii) has a record of physical or mental impairment, or (iii) is regarded as having a physical or mental impairment.
