Technology Lessons

• Online Probability Project - This lesson explores basic probability with a variety of online interactive lessons.  EPSY 590 ET
• Graphing Calculator Probability Project - This lesson explores some advanced probability concepts with the use of the TI-89 graphing calculator functions.  It also explores the development of Pi using the random number generator and probability.              CTER Math Module 5
• Calculus Moodle - This moodle covers Reimann Sums, area under and between curves, and volumes of rotation.  It uses a variety of online resources and links.  EPSY 457
• Calculus with Mathematica - This Mathematica lesson explores the area under a curves using Reimann Sums and the trapezoidal rule.  CTER Math Module 3
• Quadrilaterals with Geometer's Sketchpad  This lesson is an exploration of the classification and construction of quadrilaterals using Geometer's Sketchpad. CTER Math Module 4
• Conic Sections with Geometer's Sketchpad - This lesson explores conic sections as a locus of points using the Geometer's Sketchpad trace function.  CTER Math Module 10
• TI-89 Graphing Calculator Moodle - This moodle is a TI-89 Graphing Calculator tutorial.
• Alternate Fuel Sources Webquest - This webquest explores alternate fuel sources using statistics and graphs.  EPSY 556

• Program Evaluation Powerpoint (Reading Plus) - This powerpoint presents my findings after completing an evaluation of success of the training program for Reading Plus.  EPSY 474
• Calculus with Mathematica vs Traditional Classroom Paper - This paper compares the Calculus with Mathematica program to a traditional Calculus program using the NCTM standards.  CTER Math Module 9
