When can I access my student's grades?
Grades are accessible 24 hours a day from any computer with an internet connection.
Why are my student's grades so low for the new quarter?
At the very beginning of any quarter your student's grade may be based on just one assignment, the first assignment of the quarter. If the grade for that assignment happened to be unusually low (bad grades happen occasionally, even with good students!) and there are no other assignments to bring the average up, then the grade is going to be low, maybe even an F until some more assignments are added.. This can lead to wild swings in the grade until there are several graded assignments. Don't panic! Keep encouraging the kids and more than likely the grade will improve.
